Product Performance Missing Specific Product

GA Product Performance tab under Ecommerce is missing sales data on a certain items from our catalog. We see the sales in our backend but they are not being reported inside of GA. 


All the items are under a certain brand. Not sure why that would effect the reporting.


Any ideas?

generally, there are always some missing transactions measured by a web-analytics tool compared to the actual shopping systems. This is mainly due to disabled JavaScript, disabled cookies and/or analytics blockers on user's side. However, that shouldn't occur with more than a few percent of purchases.

If certain products are affected only there might be more of a tagging or scripting reason. You might be manually testing a puchase of an article of the missing brand and see if everthing is transferred and analysed correctly. You might want to use Google Tag Assistant in record mode [1] for that.
