Pageviews vs. Unique Pageviews

I have to report on website metrics, and I'm wondering if I should use the data in Unique Pageviews or the Pageviews column.  Our site is a healthcare site where you can search for doctors or locations.  I'm reporting on the Careers section specifically, to track how many people are viewing job listings.

Please see the difference between pageviews and uniques pageviews in the document below.

Basically pageview counts every single view of a page and unique pageview counts the number of sessions during which the page was visited. So in your case looking at unique pageviews would give you more accurate information. Let me know if you have more questions.
