Hi, I can't understand why I can see only few visits out of the actual one on Analytics. The point is that some people are not tracked. I asked to one of them to check it out with the extention for Chrome, Tag and indeed there is an error "no http response". Can I fix it in some way? Could it be the common problem also for the others visitors?

Please let me know if something is not clear.

Thank you!

Hi @Pier Roberto L

The missing http responses error usually occur when the Google Analytics code is not implemented correctly. Are you setting the correct tracking ID? Are you calling the ga('send','pageview')?

Try to remove the code from your pages and get the latest code from the Google Analytics interface and implement it following the guidelines.

Hi Phillip,

thank you for your answer.

I have already tried to remove the code and to add the latest code from Google Analytics but it seems that nothing changed. The unsual thing is that on my browser everything works perfectly and I don't receive any problem about http no response.

Could you have a look to the code to check if there is a mistake? May I give you the website address?

Hi @Pier Roberto L

I'm not getting any errors at all - everything seems to be working.

The Google Analytics ID used on the site is UA-59786840-2. Make sure that you are using the same property in Google Analytics to look for data.

Also, please check if you have any filters that might include or exclude traffic. While you say that your domain is leggerepericolosamente.it, this just redirects to leggerepericolosamente.altervista.org. So make sure that you have no hostname filters setup.

Hi,

I had a filter excluding my public IP but I removed it in order to avoid problems.

In the settings indeed I set as website address "http://leggerepericolosamente.altervista.org" but still I'm trying with other people to check if I can see them when they connect, but nothing seems to work.

Do you have any other suggestion?

PS: I just want to specify that this property is in an account with other 3 websites. There could be a relationship?
