Hi all

I create 2 goals for events (click on button in shop).

I can see data for both of them in behavior-event, but... in traffic sources-campaign i see only zero for this goals.

So i don't know how many users, who came from e-mail/fb/etc, click on button in my shop.

Of sure, i make links with full utm for e-mail/fb/etc.

Help me please Smiley Happy

Hi Алексей
Events are not automatically assigned as goals. Many people do not want events to be tracked as goals so you have to assign them yourself.
There's instructions on how to do this here: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6165470?hl=en&ref_topic=6150929
It uses a destination goal as an example, that's exactly what yours is even though it's not a link but a button.

Hope that helps!

Hi Dave,
Thought I'd piggy back on this thread as you seem knowledgeable on the subject and maybe you'd be able to help.
I set up a goal for an event tracking the sign up on our website. The issue is that I can't see the source/medium of my goal conversions, 100% of them appear as (direct)/(none):

While goal completion location appear as (entrance) for 100% of the conversion, too:

I did a test with specific test-UTMs using the real time report which showed me that:
- Goal is tracked properly:

- source/medium of my test session is tracked properly:

- source medium is not attributed to my conversion:

I can't seem to understand where the discrepancy comes from, and why source/medium data is not attributed to my goal conversions.

Your help would be so precious, as I'm currently with no reliable tracking of my top conversion channel.
Thanks a million!
