Hi,

My site has no data since 23rd of Dec, 2015 to 23rd of Jan, 2016. We had this notification of No hits: Property "Mysitename" is not receiving hits though there are few sessions registered during this period. Looking at the previous traffic of the site, such a less number of sessions is not possible.

Please can you guide us for the reason behind this behaviour.

Thanks.

There might have been some issues on website due to which tracking wasn't working. There is no way to retrieve lost data.

Hi,

You can easily debug on the website with GA debugger:
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/jnkmfdileelhofjcijamephohjechhna

You can check in chrome, console tab with 'Preserve log' turned ON.

When checked, GA data is going to UA-63002046-1 account.

Just check if you have any filters in GA views.

Also check for real time reports.

Best Regards,
GA Guru.

'Star' or 'Accept as Solution' if it helped.
