Hi All, My events are showing 6 or 7 as by default value. Like I place this type of code -

// GA event for collection card click

--
$('.hotel-collection .masonry-card').on('click', function(event) {
event.stopPropagation();
var link = $(event.currentTarget).find('a');
if (link.length > 0) {
trackGaTripotoEventsForActions('Hotel Collection Page', 'Collection Card Click', link[0].href);
} else {
trackGaTripotoEventsForActions('Hotel Collection Page', 'Collection Card Click', 'no url found');
}
});
Open chat
 ------------

function trackGaTripotoEventsForActions(eventGroup,eventCategory,eventType){
    if (typeof ga === "function") {
        try {
            //check if the user is logged in
            var eventInitiator = "";
            if(isloggedInUser){
                eventInitiator = "user_"+userHandle;
            }
            else{
                eventInitiator = "Guest_"+visitorUniqueId;
            }
            if(typeof eventType === 'undefined'){
                eventType = eventInitiator;
            }
            ga('send', 'event', eventGroup, eventCategory, eventType);
        } catch(err) {
            //do nothing
        }
    }
}

Plz help me out.

Just for the sake of consistency, the naming convention for events is
Category > Action > Label > Value
So careful with your event elements.
Having said that, your code does not show a call that includes a 4th parameter for event value.
Maybe the event is called elsewhere?
