Moved My Site to HTTPS - Now Referral Data Won't Display

From my understanding, HTTPS doesn't usually provide referral data to sites it links to. However, it should be able to receive referral data from http sites to your https.

For some reason, there's only one site that reports as a referral, everything else is getting displayed as direct traffic in Analytics.

Is there something I did wrong?

I'm using Wordpress, and the Really Simple SSL plugin. I have no idea why I'm not getting referral data.

all http inbound links redirect to the https version, but why is this happening? Any ideas?

Thank you!

It was a problem with the plugin. I removed the plugin, added the proper redirect and that solved the issue. Now referrer data gets passed.
