Mobile app source data in Google Analytics
I have question regards Mobile app source data tracking in Google Analytics.
Campaign runs on search, GDN, and other banner networks.Application for Android and iOS.
All links were tagged. However in Google Analytics we see only direct source and disclaimer that says:
“Direct traffic in this report currently includes referral traffic. To prevent traffic from being included in this calculation, tag referral links with "utm_medium=referral". For example: http://example.com?utm_medium=referral&utm_source=referralsite&utm_campaign=apps”
We made necessary changes, however today we don't see any changes in GA. It still shows only "direct" source.
Can somebody help us with this issue?
