Missing transactions because customers dont return to my website

Hey All!

I've found a problem with my Google Analytics,

I'm working on a webshop and found missing transactions in my Analytics report.

We're using a Magento Backend, implemented a GA tag and everything is working great (except e-commerce).

My conclusion after some research is that customers dont return to our website after finishing the order.

Maybe one of you guys know a solution, Thanks in advance!

Tom.

Your best solution is to force a redirection from the payment site.

Otherwise, you'll need to get transaction numbers in GA and cross-check them with back-office transactions in Magento. From there, you can use the Analytics API to upload missing transactions.
