Missing eCommerce data

I'm trying to track eCommerce conversions with Google Analytics using Wordpress Enhanced e-commerce for Wordpress (a plugin). I configured the plugin correctly. And inside analytics my e-commerce settings look like this:

Yet I'm getting this report:

I used to get data before until a certain point. 


Apparently this is not the first time we're dealing with this issue. I looked in my reports history and saw this issue had been resolved before.

Well this is it, I hope someone would be able to help me with this matter.

There are several analytics tracking tags on your site. One of them is working correctly (in the GTM container), the second one is broken and the third one is installed twice. If you want to track Enhanced Ecommerce through GTM, you need to install a plugin that will output the ecommerce data for the analytics tag in GTM. I'd suggest this one to use with Woocommerce. You can find the documentation here:

You also need to enable Enhanced Ecommerce for your analytics tag in GTM:


You can always check if your tracking tag is working properly using the Google Tag Assistant Chrome extension.
