Is there a way to view access to an image on your site through GA?

I've had a viewer ask a question about an image on my website that hasn't been on a live page on our site since September (3 months ago). They also sent the question via an email address that was changed in November (2 months-ish). The image was still in my Wordpress Gallery and only attached to a page that was no longer linked from anything, but still "published."

I'm trying to figure out where he visited the image - or if it's something he saw months ago and is just getting around to asking about. Additionally, if that published-but-not-linked page is the culprit, maybe there's a link directly to it floating on the Internet somewhere.

If that published-but-not-linked page is still available, can you just set up a goal for it?
