Inconsistency in 'Devices Used' in Dashboard

In my dashboard, I created a widget to tell me the type of device used when an event occurred (in this case, clicking a button to become a member).

When I view a single day like June 3, it says some events occurred while on tablet and mobile, in addition to desktop.

But when I expand the date range, to June 2 - June 3, it shows only desktop & mobile. No tablet.

Hi Michelle,

sometimes a case, like the one you described, occured when the time periode includes the day of the request or the day before.

Does it happens when you change the time periode to earlier dates (i.e. a time periode without today or yesterday)?

Google Analytics needs one to two days to update all data in all reports/widgets. Therefore it can be possible that the data is not accurate because of the choosen time periode.

Bye. Nils.
