In page analytics not showing clicked images with links

Hi, I need to be able to track the image links on our juicemaster.com website. Currently I have no idea how many clicks go through to the various pages from on the page itself as only text links are showing the referrals. I've not got enhanced link tracking turned on so potentially this is it but I'm avoiding it for now until I can get this issue sorted.

Hi Daniel,

You may have enhanced link tracking turned on in the interface but if you want to used enhanced link attribution for in-page, you also need to modify your tracking code. You need to add the linkid plugin.

More on that here: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/2558867?hl=en

That said, In-page has been a little rough lately as there are have been a lot of browser changes and it hasn't really kept up. In addition, the plug-in really relies on unique id's on your elements. You may want to consider event tracking to help you understand how users are navigating through the site (although that may also be easier with cleaner markup).

Hope that helps!
