For example if I want to change:   

50%users included

 

Let's say I want to speed things up. Can I change the 50% to 90% without loosing data already collected?

it's generally not a good idea to change experiment settings while the experiment is running.

the only change you can 'safely' apply is removing variations that show no/low performance
