How to see # visits by search engine over time?

Brand new to google analytics - how do I set up my reporting to show this?  Any help greatly appreciated!

1. Go to Acquisition > All Traffic > Channels
2. click "Organic search" on the list
3. choose "Source" as Primary dimension
