How to retrieve data for more than 2 time periods?

Is it possible to retrieve data for 4 different weeks, with a format of "Saturday to Sunday"?

For example, I want to be able to report on certain metrics/Dimensions for each week:

Week 1: 31st Jan - 6th Feb

Week 2: 7 Feb -13 Feb

Week 3: 14 Feb - 20 Feb

Week 4: 21 Feb - 27 Feb

My main goal is to be able to customise a report where I can see the total metrics for each week separately.

I was aiming to use the ISO week dimension to hep me achieve this, but the week format we want is Saturdays to Sundays, which isn't how ISO weeks are labelled.

Any ideas/suggestions/advice will be massively appreciated Smiley Happy

GA counts the week from Sunday to Saturday, I assume this is because if it went from Saturday to Sunday the week would only include two days logically. I personally wish it went from Monday to Sunday. You can always export the data into excel and then regroup it from their inside a pivot table, that way it would not matter how GA sorts the data.
