Hi,

I thought I had added the analytics to my website in December and needed some important data but when I logged in to Wix I hadn't set it up properly. It is now set up and I just wanted to know is there any way I can get the data from December. The data must be out there somewhere!

Thanks!

Hi,

Unfortunately if you had no working tracking code on your site, the data was not sent to Google Analytics so there is no way to get it.

Basically it was not recorded at all.

Sorry to disappoint.

We have the same issue except that it was a valid ID, just not one linked to our Analytics account. Is there a way to get the history if the ID was valid, just not on our account?
