Google Content Experiment results in a winner while testing an A/A test (Multi Armed Bandit)

We started an A/A test by using Google Content Experiments (Multi Armed Bandit)

As you can see in the image below, the Experiment has a "winner" which is weird because both versions (Original and Variation) were the same.
Does someone knows why Google Content Experiments  "Multi Armed Bandit" method is dividing the traffic between Original and Variation like this
and why Google Content Experiments sees this as a winner.
