Google Analytics subsections have missing information

Hello,

Our Google Analytics account is working the way it should in just about every category (i.e. Audience, Acquisition, Behavior, Conversion etc.).  However, when I drill down in the "Audience" category, all the information displays except for the "Demographics" and "Interests" subsections.

Perhaps the tracking code was never installed properly for these sections?  Can anyone think of how to retrieve this information so that these sections will report properly?

Thank you!

Demographics and Interests require for you to turn on Advertising/Display Features both in your GA property and in your tracking code.
