Google Analytics not tracking sessions

Hi, We have google analtyics set up for our website. There is only one instance installed on the site.

Ever since October 27th, GA shows that we have NO traffic (which I know is very inaccurate).

I have confirmed that it is installed, Google Tag Manager says that it is installed and running ... the data just stopped showing after October 27th.

I placed this site behind CloudFlare on Oct 13th, but we didn't stop getting data until the 27th.

Has anyone else run into an issue like this? Everything appears to be set up correctly, but we aren't getting any data....

Hi Justin V,

Please check that you don't have filters applied that may be incorrectly set up, and also check that you are using the correct property ID for your tags. Install a tool like the GA Debugger to validate hits are being sent (and also to which property). Has your container been published as well? Just to clarify, you have only the GTM bootstrap on the site, and not also the GA bootstrap, correct?

Hey Nicky, thanks for the quick repy!

We did find a "delete unused filters" error. We have removed all filters from the property.

We are using the correct ID (I triple checked this).

I installed GA Debugger, and everything seems to check out ....

Also, apologize for the misunderstanding, we do not have GTM installed on this site. I was referring to Google Tag Assistant plugin:

Google Tag Assistant also shows that it is working:

RealTime->Overview in Dashbord shows active sessions:

BUT the "Session" graph on the reporting tab shows no session from Oct 27th - today ....

Confused as to why the graph is not showing any sessions ..

Can you check to see if anything happened to your site on October 27? Did you update your site, or CMS, or ??? Also just noticed that you are using classic GA. Shouldn't be an issue, but worth knowing. Also do you have a raw view where there are no filters applied?
