Hi There,

Analytics stopped showing data out of no where for some reason. My stats on my site show 400 - 500 pageviews a day but on analytics it shows 1. I tried to find a solution online but am unsuccessful.

My website is www.rawrevive.com

Hi @Crystal B

Checking the site with Google Tag Assistant, shows no tracking code currently installed.

Reinstallation of the tracking code should see data being reported again within 4-24hrs.

I usually recommend using a plugin for installing tracking.

If code is manually added to the active theme's, theme files, then it can be removed by theme updates, also changing to a different theme will also remove the tracking

eta.. i have no affiliation with the following plugins but have used them both without issues.
One simply gives you an option to add scripts such as the tracking code snippet to the head or footer of your site

and is very easy to use

This other one is specifically for google analytics tracking and does require a little more work to setup and get running,

however they do provide videos and notes etc on how to get it installed and configured

Hi There,

To use the header and footer plugin, do I just need to put my google
analytics ID in the header and footer box?

No, you need to add the whole tracking code snippet to the Header Code box provided
