Hi,

We use google analytics to track our mobile application usage with respect to the number of users active right now, screens used etc. I see that the realtime view shows the screen views during past 30 minutes. However, I didnt understand how the "Right Now" shows the current active user count. Is the based on the number of users active in the past 30 minutes or is it something else.

You should see two graphs graph one shows the number of hits per minute for the last 30 minutes and the second shows the hits per second for the last 60 seconds. The Right Now shows the number of active users at this exact point in time, there may be a delay while data is processed but otherwise it should be in near real time.
