Google Analytics Exit rate and Bounce Rate measuring in a kiosk environment

Our web application resides inside a kiosk, I'm curious how that would affect bounce and exit measurement. When we add our bounce and exit rates together it doesn't account for our end conversion rate. How can that be? our web app is linear so they step through the app and they either complete the process or they don't. Could being in a kiosk environment be affecting this measurement?

You cannot compare bounce rate and exit rate like that, they are measuring different things. Exit rate is calculated from page views, bounce rate is calculated from sessions.

Never mind, I get it, exit rate would be 100%, it can only be measured  at the page view level.
