GA stops/slows down processing audience data intermittently from 11am to 3pm HKT
Several days within last week, we saw especially low or no data from 20:00 to 23:00 Pacific Time. Sometimes the data will be back in 24 hours and sometimes it won't (e.g. March 21, 2016 20:00-23:00PT). The data for March 22 looks alright but there is no data showing up on March 23 starting from 20:00 again.
Real time tracking works all the time.
Could someone help us check if there are any data processing errors?

GA does not guarantee same day data. Often data will appear in reports with little to no delay however
the normal data processing latency as mentioned in the Help Documentation
is 24-48hrs, so delays in data for this type of time period is not usually regarded as an issue.
Other things that can also have an affect are data limits.
Users can also check for known GA Issues/outages via the App Status Dashboard
