GA Data Loss

We recently moved to a new domain and renamed our GA profile (without creating a brand new profile). I spoke with Google and they said it was ok to rename the GA profile without creating a new profile. Come to find out all of our previous ecommerce data has been deleted.

Is there anyway we can get this data restored?

just renaming wont delete any data. For that matter, GA data can't be deleted / edited.

Did you rename the GA property?

or deleted old one and created new one?

Hi  A T, I changed everything in the old GA profile from olddomain.com to newdomain.com.  I did not create a new GA profile or property.

All the ecommerce data is gone. There is only revenue appearing from the day I changed the profile to newdomain.com.
