Filter or Segment to remove unique user data

I manage an online community in healthcare that has a free registration to participate. In order to track registered user activity I have been trying to create a segment or filter that will remove unique user data from pages that appear pre-login like the homepage, About Us, Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, etc. I have tried searches and trial and error but still haven't hit on the right formula to get the data I am looking for. Does anyone have any experience with this or can anyone provide some tips or advice?

Thanks!

A segment would work. User scope. Page = {some page only visible to logged in users}.

Note that user-scope segments are only good for a 90 day time period.
