Events and goals by conversion date and Ad Group
My company's true conversions happen offline, so the way we're trying to monitor AdWords success is by cross-referencing our customer first contact records with contact form submits on our website.
We have two measures set up. One is an Event where a user clicks to reveal our phone number. The second is a Goal tracking contact forms being submitted.
I'm struggling to generate a report that shows:
1. The date of the event (or goal)
2. The traffic source of that individual event (or goal)
Could someone point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance for any advice or help.

You only need to add your own goals or events into this report.
