Enhanced Link Attribution Unique IDs examples
I have a support FAQ page that uses # anchors to lead customers to the answers to their questions. In In-Page Analytics, all the questions have the same number of clicks. How can I set up the unique IDs so I can see which questions the customers are actually clicking on the page?
At this time changing the page set up is not an option.
An example of the Unique ID tag would be optimal.

Enhanced link attribution requires three things:
1. Modified GATC to call the library ga('require', 'linkid');
2. Feature turned on in the UI Admin>>Property Settings>> Use Enhanced Link Attribution
3. Unique HTML Id's in your markup. id=contact more on that here http://www.w3schools.com/tags/att_global_id.asp
