I configured the "Google Analytics" module in WHMCS and enabled the "Ecommerce" in Ecommerce setting. In the Product Perfomance, I am getting graph report for the sales but their Product revenue is always 0.00 for all my sales.

I am not sure what wrong either in module or settings, please help me to fix this issue.

Hi Senthil,

Classic Ecommerce has two hits.  The first is the transaction with the transaction id, revenue, tax, shipping; the second is the product array with products, quantity and item cost.   Whatever is passed into the GA code is what shows up in the reports; in other words:  Garbage In Garbage Out.

I would contact the host or your developers for support as the problem lies in the coding and the data that is passed to the GA Ecom code.

Best,
