Direct Traffic Issues - Booking confirmation
Since November last year, we have noticed an increase traffic and e-Commerce conversion from our direct traffic. When we drill down the data, we notice that the booking confirmation page is contributing to the increased traffic and conversion from the other channels. Does anyone know how we can solve this?

Are you trying to say that your 3rd party payment processor is changing your source/medium of your conversions?
If so, the solution would be to create a referral exclusion filter, link on how to do this below:
