Hi Aaron,

there can really be a number of resons for this scenario.

1. Overall demand has dropped (even though your ranking are high in organic)
2. Competitor(s) have entered the market with paid advertising
3. You have increased spending in ppc so you canibalize organic traffic
4. Something changed in how you track your site with GA
5. Something business related - new product / service as substitute, offline advertising

Try keyword planner and google trends and search console to determine the demand volume.
