Data import numbers showing up wrong in report

Hi,

I recently imported Cost data for a campaign for the last 7 days

and have found several problems in the way the numbers are

reported in the Cost analysis report:

  • When only having selected the time span for said week the numbers are inflated; for instance the number of impressions should be in the thousands but the report shows ca 3.6 million impressions (cost and clicks are similarly inflated).
  • However, when I look at a longer time period or compare the week to the previous period the numbers are shown correctly.

I should mention that I have re-imported the same data twice. The first one

had to be deleted due to an error in the numbers (although not an error that

would explain the inflated numbers) and then after I found that the Cost

Analysis report showed inflated numbers I deleted the 2nd version and re-imported

it again (after having double checked all the numbers).

However, I do not think this has caused the problem since a similar re-import was done

for several other accounts and those accounts all show the correct data in the

Cost Analysis report. However, the Google API does not want to take the cost data

(which was the figure that needed to be altered) of the second version when taking

data out of the account.

Any help you can give me to solve this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Best regards,

//Petter
