Hi guys,

 

We have a big challenge in tracking the customer journey. We have 3 domains in total where the user can complete the same type of conversion. We assume that we have a lot of users which inform themselve on various domains before the conversion. Attached is a sample customer journey which we assume. Is there any way to track such a customer journey?

Hi Felix

You can put the same tracking code on multiple domains. There's no requirement that it has to be on just a single domain. 

 

What part of the journey specifically are you having trouble tracking?

Hi Dave,

 

thank you for your quick reply. We already have for each Domain a seperate Property and and Overall Property. So we have on each domain two tracking-codes. All data are visible in the overall property. We tried to find the customer journey paths in "top conversion paths" but unfortunately there are no paths visible where users visited multiple domains. We also have implemented cross-domain tracking. We are wondering if customer journeys on multiple days - with 3 differents sessions are not trackable?
