Custom report not showing all data

We tried to setup a custom report with date range. Then we schedule it for email. When we receive the email, it seems it only capture the first page in the report.

For instance if we have 20 pages, it not included in the excel sheet. Is there any setting for this?

just to make sure I understand your date range: If you set up weekly reporting it will send you data from last 7 days. The date range in report that you had when you set scheduling does no matter.


It used to be so that if your reporting view had 10 rows visible it sent you 10 rows. If you displayed 100 rows when setting emailing up it sent you 100 rows. Haven't played with email reporting for awhile so cant say for sure that this is the case now. You can try it though.
