Content not visible on Real-Time[ Edited ]

My colleague is unable to view content under the real-time view yet I am. I am not sure if it's because of their user access or if they are using different versions of analytics? When I logged in on her profile I was still able to view 'content' yet she was not.

I'm not sure what you mean by them using a different version of analytics?
Also not sure what you are meaning when you say you logged on in her profile?
Is what she looking at when logged in .. showing the same View name etc as at the top in your first screen capture?
Is she accessing and looking at the same View for the same analytics Property ID?
