Content grouping with pages from multiple subdomains

Hello!

I have created a content group with a rule page -> is one of -> list of pages.

Till yesterday, everything was working fine and pages were appearing in the content group as expected.

Yesterday, I added a filter to show full URLs of pages with domain names.

After doing this, I'm seeing all the pages in the above content group going in "not set" category.

I tried to put the domain name before the page i.e. changed "/page.aspx" to "www.mydomain.com/page.aspx" for all the pages in that rule, but with no luck.

Please let me know if I'm missing out on something.

Thanks,

Megh

Hi Megh

Have you tried the 'contains' or 'matches regex' conditions?

Hi Syed,

The challenges are:
1) There are more than 20 webpages under the category and all under the root directory, so I can't use contains.
2) The pages are not following any particular pattern, so I can't use that too.
3) I don't have the access to modify the tracking code so can't change the website code.

Anyway, my problem is actually fixed.

It seems that content groupings take almost 1 hour to reflect in the Behavior section. i.e after we modify the content grouping, after 1 hour we can see that change in Behavior>Site Content>All Pages by selecting the content Grouping.

Thanks for the suggestion by the way.

Thanks,
Megh
