Hi All,

So basically for URL X we set the content grouping and its working, but there is also (not set) categories and when i click it, i also found the url x. How can same exact url (i check the trail /, they are the same, i know GA treat / and non / as different url) can be group into something that i set and also (not set)?

Thanks

Hendri if you are seeing things that say (not set) this means that GA did not receive enough information from that Session to determine the information being displayed many factors can cause this behaviour, the good news is that you can set up an exclude filter to filter this out.

Hi Brian,

Thanks for the reply. What are the factors that can cause this?

I will want to exclude, but if the percentage of not set is high (15%) in my case i will want try to fix it so the data is more accurate, rather just than exclude.
