I started a Google Analytics technical support issue on July 6th - the details of which you can see here:

As you can see, a lot of research, even down to the protocol level, was put into the issue before I pulled in technical support. On July 6th I also gave access to our account to technical support.

 

Here are my telecon notes with Technical Support so far:

 

July 6th:
- Started issue and gave access for 1 week

 

July 11 or 12th, ~ morning EST:
- [Technical Support] I will receive email later in day
- No email was received

 

July 13th @ ~9:00 AM EST
- [Technical Support] I will receive email in 1 hour
- No email was received

 

July 14th @ 10:30 AM EST
- [Technical Support] I will receive callback in 1/2 hour
- No callback was received

 

July 17 @ 9:20 AM EST
- I requested to speak to a manager
- [Technical Support] No manager is available, technician will call me back today

 

At this point, I am pulling you in to see what can be done to resolve this issue.

Hey Bill,

 

Tech support is only available for 360 customers or by hiring a Google Analytics Certified Partner.  You've posted in a user forum so not sure where your log is from... that said, double check your scope on that dimension.  You may want to check out the hit builder just to validate that what you're sending is valid.  You can find it here:

Lastly, might be good to check for and filters that may be applied to the view.

2. Scope is set to Hit.
