Hello,

In the current version of Google Analytics that I am using, I cannot see the crosse device report, described in lesson :

https://analytics.google.com/analytics/academy/course/7/unit/2/lesson/6

When I llok on the Merchandise store for example, I click on Admin, Audience, but the cross device report is not available.

Do we need to set anything specific to see it ?

Regards

Michel

Hi @Michel L,

You need to set up User-Id tracking & create a separate View.
Go To property > tracking info > User-ID  (&complete the process there)

Check here for More info
https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/3123662?hl=en

You'll then get cross-device reports in Audience  > Cross Device.

Thanks,

The Cross Device reports are only available in User ID views.

for merchandise store we don't have enough rights to create a new view.

Hello all,

I haev the feeling that Google is releasing a new tool, call Google attribution, to measure and make sure that our marketing is working, and to avoid what's called the last click attribution model.
