In a Google Analytics sampled report, does the number of sessions reported represent an extrapolated estimate of all traffic sessions or does that show the number of actual sessions in the sample?

Hi Will,

Sampling rules are different depending on whether you are using Google Analytics or Google Analytics 360 , you might want to read https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/2637192?hl=en for a detailed explanation on the changes.

In short, to answer you question: estimate of all traffic sessions according to sample size (%) mentioned in yellow bar.
