Hi :-)
There are errors in the installation.
Where did you get the tracking code from (reason i ask is because its not the current version of tracking code)

Anyhow.. there seems to be a copy of the tracking code installed before the closing </head> tag towards the top of the site pages

Then lower down in the pages there seems to be what i would class as 'funkiness' that has another copy of the code. however there also seems to have been added an additional doc type declaration, and body tags etc
Not sure why any of the following would be in the footer?

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">
<head>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"/>
<title>Footer</title>
&lt;script type="text/javascript">var _gaq=_gaq||[];_gaq.push(['_setAccount','UA-43497148-16'],['_setDomainName',''],['_setAllowLinker',false],['_setCampaignTrack',false],['_trackPageview']);(function(){var ga=document.createElement('script');ga.type='text/javascript';ga.async=true;ga.src=('https:'==document.location.protocol?'https://ssl':'http://www')+'.google-analytics.com/ga.js';var s=document.getElementsByTagName('script')[0];s.parentNode.insertBefore(ga,s);})();&lt;/script&gt;
</head>
<body>

I would remove the incorrect code in the footer, clear cookies etc and then possibly retest
Also updating to the lastet version of the code (which is available from within the GA interface under the Property ?> Tracking Code option) can also help with tracking issues too
You may want to have a look at the following instructions for manual installtaion of the code
