A lot of conversions attributed to direct data

I noticed something weird concerning the incoming Analytics data when a customer has completed a purchase. A lot of our conversions are attributed to Direct Traffic. On first sight not that worse and likely possible. 

But when I examine the landing page more closely I receive this data:

In short: 40 conversions are attributed to the iframe landing page. This is barely possible. My guess is that a new session is counted when someone enters the ticketing shop. So data gets lost inside the ticketing shop/subdomain? 
On the other hand we see data and conversions coming from google organic, cpc, active campaign and very often social media. 
What can be the issue? Can I resolve this?

Yes, it is caused by the iframe / subdomain. Make sure you set cookie domain to 'auto':

ga('create', 'UA-999999-1', 'auto');
