0 unique views for '(not set)' content group

Hi fellow GA users,

I have created content groups for my website a while ago. Now, I have amounts the correct amount of pageviews and it also shows unique pageviews for all content groups but not the '(not set)'-group. Does it not show the unique pageviews in that case because it's the "not set" group, or is there another reason that I could fix somehow?

 Thanks

Felix

Hi Felix,

that's normal behavior and just a matter of how these group-level metrics are defined: What you're seeing here is a metric called 'Unique Views' specifically designed for your defined content groups. If there is no matching content group, this metric is just '0' per definition [1].

So, it's not the usual 'Unique Pageviews' metric you'll see for example in a standard report if you click on 'not set' in a content-group report.
