Hello All!

I am new to this forum. I logged into our google analytics today to see a 0% bounce rate for the past 30 days. Its always been low but i have never seen 0%.

I wonder? have we got a perfect website or is there an error...

Thanks for your help in advance.

Hi @Dean J,

If you see 0% rate, 99.99% you have more than one Google Analytics tracking snippet on your pages (or duplicated pageview commands) which means it is being double tracked.

You should find and remove the duplicated Google Analytics snippet or command.

I hope this helps to solve your issue.

Regards

Hi Dean,

the most logical explanation is that your tracking code is called twice (2 pageviews or 1 pageview and then an event)

Remove the unwanted tracking call and your bounce rate will return to "normal".
