My boss thinks he has given myself full permissions on the use of our google analytics but I can't seem to create new filters and other processes like this. Please can someone help me.

Hi Lucy,

 

Make sure you have account level permissions. Even if you have ALL property level access, you won't be able to create account level filters etc.

 

Ask your boss to go to Admin and check "User Management" under Account.
