Hello All,

 

I'm getting referrer traffic from my own website url which have unusual parameters.

 

Example - my website http://www.mysite.com

 

Referrer urls - 

1) http://www.mysite.com/Q219iQ7gxzr7qt7hdgKfsGBJbNyCBBDsEF

2) http://www.mysite.com/rmXiSCIaNYK8pX4EHDcMv2disl555eowAmPtYyDMwoUWmZA3CNQ8Q4qjpwpv

3) http://www.mysite.com/wqb5OZdcS54rehlUh0bT0rFDQ4nezuT6V4bK3pWWv1nKiJEAKPuLh9o7eLlNgfUcj6WnvTk0UHKcroNcehXvrlCF7YtodnA

 

If, I click this urls, it was showing 404 error.

 

Help wanted.

Welcome to the wonderful world of Google Analytics spam.
Create a view filter that includes only Hostname = www.mysite.com
The spammy entries should disappear quickly.
