Using View Filters

I'm sure this is a simple answer for someone with intimate knowledge, but what we're trying to do is setup a filter inside a view that records traffic for the primary URL: "/jm/en/Play.html" and the subdirectory "/jm/en/Play/".

What is the proper way to structure this combined expression? Thank you.

You need to create custom filter: Include, Request URI
and as a filter pattern place this:
^/jm/en/Play(\.html|/.*)$

You can test this pattern by entering it in search box in Behavior > Site content > All Pages report.
