Setting the scope to "hit" when filtering an event category

I try to create a segment where I filter event belonging to an "event category". I'm not offered to define a "hit level" scope. Using session or user scope give me very different figures, both of them look wrong. 

 

How do I have to do it?

You must build the filter directly in the report you want to filter. It's important to understand that segments are not the same as filters. Segment allow you to see the totality of Users or Sessions that meet the criteria. So a segment for Sessions where Page=x will return all activity within those sessions, not just page x. It will return none of the activity for sessions that didn't view page x.

A filter for page x will only return activity related directly to page x.
