Segment dropdown not appearing.

Hi, I can't find the segments drop down in Google analytics. 

According to articles, it says the drop down to access segments is placed here:

However, this is what I see in my Google analytics. There is no drop down present:

Hi Abhay, 

 

Not sure which dropdown is mentioned in the article, but if what you want is to see a list of all your segments just click the box that says "All Users"

 

If what you want is create an advanced segment just click the red button "New Segment" at the to of that list and select conditions below Advanced.

 

Tip: if you want to create a segment to show the source facebook, you don't need all those conditions, you only need one

Source > contains > facebook
