Replace "%20" with a real " "?

Hi there, we have events that read "Silverado 1500" for example, in a drop down selection. In analytics, it shows as "Silverado%201500". I understand the space is %20 but it makes reports ugly for executive staff. Any way to filter or search and replace the %20 with a real space or even a "-"? I can't figure it out. Thanks!

Yes. Create a new custom filter of the "Search and Replace" type, and configure it to search for %20 and replace it with " " (a space, without the quotes).

Thank you for the reply. This worked great! The only change I made from your suggestion was the Filter Field. Our %20 issues were for Event Labels, not Category. Thank you again; appreciate your help and time.
